“这张专辑记录了属于我的一段持续的时期，压抑、感伤、兴奋、愤怒等杂乱的情绪天天都盘旋在脑中。但这也是我思绪最活跃的一段时期，我因此尝试创作了很多截然不同的音乐，即使最后留下来的并不多。这段时期的结束给我带来了很多不同的感受和成长，最主要的就是它让我得知了沉默以及克制的必要性。”
除去八首歌曲之外，这张专辑的特典还附带了同样创作于这段时期的八首诗作，诗题与歌曲名相同，各为互相的注解。

"This album records a continuous period of my life. Depression, sadness, excitement, anger and other messy emotions are circling in my mind every day. But it is also the period when my thoughts are the most active. Therefore, I have tried to create a lot of distinct different music, even if there wasn't much left in the end. The end of this period brought me a lot of different feelings and growth, the most important thing is that it taught me the need for silence and restraint."
In addition to the eight songs, the special edition of this album also comes with eight poems that were also composed during this period.
